This page has gained a lot of content over the years. That's good of course but it has gotten a bit messy. Maybe it's time to reorganize? Most important I think is to distinguish between information intended for different audiences. Also, is that orange background for text blocks a good idea? Whether it looks good is something we can discuss (I don't think it does) but there's also the question of readability with such a low contrast between background and text. I suggest we switch to a more neutral and lighter gray background, preferably not much darker than #EEEEEE.

[edit] Time to reorganize?

This page has gained a lot of content over the years. That's good of course but it has gotten a bit messy. Maybe it's time to reorganize? Most important I think is to distinguish between information intended for different audiences. Also, is that orange background for text blocks a good idea? Whether it looks good is something we can discuss (I don't think it does) but there's also the question of readability with such a low contrast between background and text. I suggest we switch to a more neutral and lighter gray background, preferably not much darker than #EEEEEE.

"Linden Labs are planning to move LSL scripting over to C# on Mono some time in the future."

Actually, they said they're planning on moving to LSL and CIL, and the LSL to CIL compiler is already in the client.

Mono is intended to be the CIL interpreter on the servers.

why not use the compiler in the client? -- ArgentStonecutter 05:41, 19 September 2007 (PDT)

Excellent mods & changes Fritigern. Putting the icons up for Operating systems etc makes it all look so much better. Definitely an improvement ! :) EDIT: Just noticed this wiki is running the older version of GeSHi which has been updated. Might be worth considering updating here --WhiteStar 09:50, 13 February 2012 (PST)

Thanks for the compliments, i have had fun doing this :-)
If i could upgrade GeSHi, i would do so in a heartbeat. However, Coyled is the one that can actually make this happen., so you may want to hit him up. I've heard he can be bribed with cookies! :-)

Btw I still have the notepad++ user language xml for ossl and lsl, though it has not been updated to include all the new functions. Should I upload that to a gist and link it? -Tampa 22-11-15
